No, you definitely will not be orange! Orange spray tans are a thing of the past. We customize every tan based on your individual skin tone, undertone, hair color, eye color, and desired color goals. Our multi-certified color theory specialists use a unique blend of bronzers and tanning actives to ensure you achieve a natural-looking tan that enhances your unique features. You’ll get a beautiful, customized glow that perfectly complements you— Never orange!

Spray tanning involves applying an active ingredient called Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA, to your skin using a low pressure spray gun. DHA interacts with the proteins and amino acids in the outer layer of your skin to produce a natural bronze.

Absolutely! You set the tone for your appointment - By selecting how dark you'd like to be! During your appointment, you’ll discuss your desired shade with us, and we’ll tailor the tan to your preferences.

When booking for the first time, and then annually, unless anything changes, you’ll fill out a client form to provide details about your skin tone and color goals. This helps us create a custom tan just for you! However, it's important to note that the depth of your tan will be influenced by your natural skin tone, so we can only go as dark as your skin allows—this varies for everyone.

Your tan will be whatever YOU want! Either way your tan will look natural, but we can absolutely make it more bold if you'd like! We can achieve this by selecting solutions that will perfectly complement your skin but will still get you to your color goal. We can also add DHA Drops for an extra boost!

Typically, spray tans last 7 to 10 days when you follow the proper pre- and post-tan care. However, tans from Glowfully You can last up to 14 days thanks to our special post spray, which locks in hydration and vibrancy, enhancing your tan by 30-40%.

There are a variety of add ons that can be included with each spray tan service, regardless of if it is an individual or group session, and regardless of if it is in studio or a house call. These add-ons include: Skin Firming Drops, Tanning Stickers, Luxe Body Oil, Brazilian Tape Tans, Face Contouring, Mini Contouring, and Full Body Contouring.

Though there are ingredients that could be considered organic, the main ingredient in your tan is DHA. DHA stands for Dihydroxyacetone - This is what gives your skin a sunless bronze! The DHA used in your tan is naturally derived, but it is NOT and CANNOT be considered organic. DHA is always involved in sunless tanning, and anytime DHA is involved, it can never be 100% organic. However, we use some of the cleanest, skin friendly solutions on the market, so you can achieve the best results with peace of mind!

A spray tan can accentuate and highlight your body, the same way that makeup can help accentuate your facial features. If you're looking to achieve a more sculpted look, we can include contouring as part of your tan customization with a specialized technique and an airbrush machine!

Contouring is an advanced technique that involves using a darker shade of solution to highlight and define muscles or structural bones on the body, before applying a full-body spray tan. The main goal with contouring is to "define" and not "create." This precise method is carried out using a smaller airbrush applicator. Contouring can be added to any spray tan session, be sure to include it when you book though, to ensure your session time allows for it!

Have you ever looked at a photo on social media of a model that has those bold, sharp tan lines? Chances are those are tan lines from a Brazilian Tape Tan! Brazilian Tape Tans are a unique method of tanning where special tape is applied directly to your body by hand. Tape is applied in the outline of a bikini to ensure perfect, crisp tan lines tailored to your desired style! Every tape bikini is created on your body to ensure that your bikini fits perfect!

Glowfully You is a session based studio, only. You can book a session through our website or directly on Vagaro! When booking, you'll need to provide a valid debit or credit card. This card won't be charged unless you cancel outside the free cancellation period or fail to show up without notice.

If you need additional help, you can always reach out prior to officially scheduling your session and we can talk it over! Our single tan sessions typically take between 30-45 minutes, including a color consultation, preparation, application, and discussing post tan care. If you choose additional services or add-ons, time may vary. Mobile sessions can take up to a hour including set up, color consultation, preparation, application, discussing post tan care, and clean up!

Some services and add ons can take less time or more time, depending on your unique session!

We suggest tanning about 2 days before your event. If you're going on vacation we suggest 1-2 days before!

We suggest 2-3 days before the big day! Don't forget we offer the Bridal Bellini Package, which includes 3 tans for yourself + a discount on the Party Punch Glow for your bridal party.

We recommend scheduling a trial tan 4 weeks before your big day, just like you would for your hair and makeup. This allows you to see how it looks with your makeup and in different lighting, ensuring you're completely satisfied! If you’d like to adjust the color, we’ll have time to remove the tan and apply a new one. We’ll then do your final tan 2 to 3 days before the big day!

As everyone's skin is different, proper pre and post tan care is essential. We encourage you to practice the quick rinse and post-tan care regimen at least once before your wedding to ensure the best results!

You can cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your session online, using your Vagaro account! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the start of your session for free. Within the 24 hour time period, you will be charged 75% of your service. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

We recommend using the Vagaro App rather than the web browser version.

Reschedule: Click the "Reschedule" and select your new desired date and time.

Of course, we can do our best to accommodate! We do have an "After Hours" option by request for tanning sessions needed on days we are closed or during hours we are not open, for an additional fee. Feel free to DM us on Instagram or Facebook, click the "Message" button at the bottom of the screen, or send us a text, and we'll discuss adding you to the schedule, given we have the availability to do so!

Typically, yes! All of our products are vegan and non-toxic. However, we are a spray tan studio, not a doctor. Plus, everyone is different! We always recommend getting approval from your doctor or OBGYN before tanning while pregnant or nursing. We can provide an ingredient list for our solutions and products used, if your doctor would like to see it!

If nursing, we have nipple covers and other disposable items you can use!

Sunless tanning is a safer method for obtaining a tan, in comparison to tanning beds and baking out in the sun. All of our solutions are paraben, palm oil, mineral oil, and sulfate free. They are also PETA-Approved vegan and cruelty free! The active ingredient, DHA, is derived naturally from sugar beets, and is FDA-approved for external application. 

As with any personal product, sensitivity can occur, but it is very rare!

Using tanning beds and laying out in the sun can come with a variety of potential risks, such as:

• Premature Aging/Photoaging
• Skin Cancer
• Actinic or Solar Keratoses
• Eye Damage
• Photokeratitis
• Cataracts

According to The Skin Cancer Foundation, those who have ever tanned indoors have an 83% increased risk for developing Squamous Cell Carcinoma and a 29% increased risk of developing Basal Cell Carcinoma. Women who have ever tanned indoors are six times more likely to be diagnosed with Melanoma in their 20's than those who have never tanned indoors.

No! A spray tan will not protect you from the sun, it only gives the cosmetic appearance of a tan. It is recommended that you wear SPF while in the sun and on cloudy days. We stock our favorite SPF products, available for purchase, in studio for your convenience!

Spray tanning over a sunburn can result in an uneven and patchy tan. The skin that has been stained by the solution can peel, taking your new color along with it. Additionally, the peeling skin could develop darker! Skin that has been burned is also inflamed, which may produce inconsistent color and saturation. It's best to wait until your skin has fully healed and you've stopped peeling, before receiving your next spray tan!

No worries! We have advanced specialized training in ALL body types! We will guide you through each position and as always, blend areas to avoid over saturation - to ensure every area of your body is fully and evenly saturated!

Absolutely not, we will customize your contour to your unique body and selected contour add on!

If you're worried about a full body contour, mini contours are great for everyone! If we try to create muscle definition that isn’t already visible, we run the risk of producing a result that looks how unnatural. With a mini contour, we focus more on adding shadows rather than enhancing and defining existing muscle definition. 

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo.

Vagaro Pay Later (VPL) is available for eligible customers, but approval for individual transactions is not guaranteed. Each transaction is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and being approved for VPL enrollment does not ensure approval at checkout. Here are three key points to keep in mind when using VPL:

Plus, you'll receive a little surprise gift and a specialized aftercare kit, just for you, to make your experience even more memorable!

Make sure you hydrate yourself on the inside and out for as long as you're able to prior to your session. Water and lotion will be your besties!

Maintain hydration and apply moisturizer consistently throughout the days/week before your spray tan. Refrain from wearing any moisturizer on the day of your spray tan session. If you use retinol, discontinue its use three days before and three days after the spray tan, for best results!

Get your other beauty services completed first: Schedule your spray tan as the final beauty service in your routine. Ensure that hair, nails, waxing, facials, brow treatments, massages, etc,. are completed at least 24 hours before your spray tan. 

• Wax can stay on the skin, which makes it difficult for the tan to hold.
• Your nails won't be stained - Don't worry! You'll use barrier cream during your session and I'll wipe each nail afterwards!

Exfoliate: Thoroughly scrub and exfoliate your body throughout the week leading up to the spray tan, with a particular emphasis on the day/night before. Avoid exfoliating on the same day as your spray tan!

Shave and Clean: It's necessary to wait at least 24 hours after your session to shower and wash your hair. You'll want to wait until at least the third day of your tan to shave, if you can. If needed, tend to these tasks the night before your session. Avoid shaving on the same day as your spray tan, as doing so can result in a dotted appearance due to open pores. Razors with moisturizing strips and shaving creams can leave an invisible film on your skin, which acts as a barrier, blocking the absorption of the tan. The day of your session, you'll make sure your skin is clean, and free of all things!

Remove All Barriers: Arrive for your session without applying lotions, serums, oils, perfumes, colognes, deodorants, makeup, and jewelry. Permanent jewelry, small earrings, and small healed piercings can be worked around and will be cleaned afterwards, (if there is tan on them) but everything else should come off.

Dress Comfy: Opt for loose or baggy, dark colored clothing for your comfort and tan development after your session. Clothing with a tight fit can prevent your tan from fully developing. Think big t-shirts, crew necks, sweatshirts, sweatpants, loose joggers (without tight elastic around the ankles), thick loose socks (without tight elastic), slides, slippers, UGGs. We want as little skin showing as possible, as your skin can rub together, potentially affecting your tan - This can happen in the elbow dip or behind the knees, so opt to have those areas covered! You can wear a bra to your session, but you won't wear one after. Men, remember to bring a pair of dark colored boxers/underwear with you for your tan.

We recommend waiting until your tan has fully developed. Wait until at least the second day of your spray.

For Pedicures: Keep the tub on a cooler setting, avoid paraffin wraps, and don't scrub your legs.

For Other Beauty Services: Be mindful of your tan and know that it may not be as vibrant, may not last as long, and can fade unevenly or blotchy.

These services being completed after your spray tan CAN impact the results, just keep that in mind!

You will dress in dark colored, loose fitting clothes! Think COMFY! Crewnecks, sweatshirts, hoodies, big-shirts, sweatpants, flowy pants, thick socks, slides, flip flops, slippers, Uggs, etc. We basically want as little skin showing and as much skin covered, as possible, to prevent any of your skin from rubbing together after your tan.

You can wear a bra to your appointment, but you won't wear one after!

You can wear your own bra and underwear during your appointment, you can use my disposables bra and underwear, or you can choose to have no tan lines and wear nothing!

Men, you will be asked to wear undergarments of your choice, they will not be provided for you, so please plan accordingly. If you do not have undergarments on or with you, you will be asked to reschedule - And remember, you will be charged 75% of your service if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, including if we are rescheduling in a case like this.

Absolutely! We will walk you through everything!

For an in-studio session:

1. You'll arrive to the studio by your scheduled session time. Please do not come inside more than 10 minutes early, as we will be cleaning up from our last client and setting up for you prior to your arrival.
2. We will get to know each other or catch up while we go through your color consultation and discuss your color goals. You'll also pick your spray tan scent, and if you'd like any add-ons. 
3. We will advise you of how to prepare in studio with your disposables, and ask you to undress to your comfort level and prepare, once we pull the curtain.
4. We will mix your customized solution based on our color consultation, the client booking form, your unique characteristics, and your color goals.
5. We will spray you with a hydrating spray that regulates your pH. Your pH levels can impact the results of your tan, so this will help neutralize your skin and gives it a boost of hydration!
6. We will spray tan you, guiding you through each position to ensure a flawless and even application.
7. We will use a brush and/or mitt to blend out some areas to prevent over saturation on any parts of your body and to ensure that your tan is perfect!
8. Once the tan is finished, we will dry your body with air.
9. We will then use a refreshing drying powder and air to ensure that you are completely dry.
10. We will wipe each of your finger nails and toe nails individually, as well as the bottom of your palm, near your wrists.
11. You'll air dry for an additional 3-5 minutes, checking out your tan and your new tan line, if you have one, before dressing again.
12. We will go over your rinse time and your aftercare instructions. We will also send you a copy of everything we are saying, so don't worry about remembering it all in the moment!
13. You'll checkout and be on your bronzed way!

For mobile sessions, you'll have the same luxurious experience but in the comfort of your own home or space! We will arrive 15-20 minutes early to set up for your tan. We will go through your color consultation, get you ready with disposables, spray you with hydrating spray, and then we will begin! The tanning process will be the same! After the tan, we will clean your nails, go over your rinse time and aftercare, clean up, returning your space back to its original condition, and be out of your hair while you develop!

Absolutely, yes! I will guide you through each and every position. We start with your back, one side, the other side, and then your front, and I will be letting you know each and every movement, don't worry!

Good news! Tan lines are optional! You can choose your comfort level for your spray tan! 

Men, you are required to wear undergarments so you will have tan lines. If you wear a pair of boxers or briefs, you can pull them up onto your upper thigh area, if you'd like, that way your tan line isn't noticeable!

Your first rinse will be based off of your customized solution what your color goals are. We will discuss the specifics on how long you will wait until your first (full body) rinse, at your session! But, you will rinse your hands with cold water, no soap, 2 hours after your session - regardless of your full body rinse time.

Don't worry, trust the process! We use rapid solutions that gives you a sneak peek with the bronzer, but the full color takes 12-24 hours to fully develop. Your true color is still cooking and will be done soon!

You may experience the bronzer from the tan slightly rubbing off onto your clothes, however the tan will typically easily come out of your clothes, with the washing machine. It is water-soluble! After your first rinse, you should not experience any rub off and can wear anything!

You'll want to stay away from anything that says "renewing," "regenerating," or "anti-aging."

You'll want to look for a soap that is:

1. Oil Free
2. Fragrance Free
3. Without Sulfates
4. Without Parabens
5. Without Mineral Oils

We have our Bronze Bubbles, DHA Infused Body Wash to help you maintain that tan while still getting clean! Aside from our body wash, there are plenty of other great body wash and soap options on the market. The cleaner it is the better it is, while you have your tan!

It is important to keep your skin moisturized at all times, but especially after sunless tanning! Dry and flaky skin will cause the tan to fade quicker, blotchy, and/or unevenly. The more hydrated and moisturized your skin is, the better the vibrancy and longevity of your tan!

Of course! We have our Skin Quencher, an unscented daily use moisturizing lotion and we have our Afterglow Essence, a moisturizing tan extender lotion, which contains DHA.

Aside from our two lotions, our top lotion suggestions are:

1. Hempz
2. CeraVe
3. Salt + Stone
4. Osea
5. Being Freshe
6. Aloe Attiva

We recommend avoiding these situations for the first 24 hours following your spray tan, while the development process finishes. Chlorinated pools can increase the rate in which the skin exfoliates, causing the tan to wear and fade rapidly. Salt water is ultimately better for your tan in comparison to chlorine, but limited exposure is still recommended. Hot tubs, hot baths, and saunas will cause your tan to fade faster, so if you plan to enjoy any of these, we recommend doing so in short spurts.

We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before showering again. When you shower with a spray tan, ideally you'll want to shower in water that isn't too hot, and you'll want to do your best to make it quick. You'll dab dry your skin after your showers, and then moisturize.

We recommend waiting until at least the third day of your spray tan before shaving again, if you're able to. If you shave too soon, it can strip or streak your tan.

There are a few things that can be done!

1. Always exfoliate your entire body the day prior to your session, this gives us an even canvas for your tan. Do not exfoliate the same day as your session!
2. Make sure you've showered the night before your spray tan. If you have to shower the day of your spray tan, be sure to do so at least 4 hours prior to your session, and finish your shower with cold water to close your pores.
3. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drink plenty of water. Hydration plays a crucial role in preserving the moisture levels in your skin. If you're dehydrated, it can cause your tan to dry out and fade quickly, unevenly, and/or blotchy. Hydrating is a two step process though, so in addition to drinking water, be sure to moisturize. Be sure to use a tan friendly moisturizer, twice a day. This will help keep your skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated - while keeping your tan flawless, refreshed, and vibrant!
4. It's important to make sure your skin is clean and free of any barriers when you come in for your session, anything remaining on your skin can impact how your spray tan adheres to your skin.
5. Try your best to avoid long, hot baths or showers - as these can strip your skin of its natural oils, which can cause your tan to strip or fade faster. Hot tubs and saunas can have the same effect!
6. Be cautious of sweat! Excessive sweating can also impact your tan. However, we do have the Sweatproof Sangria to help with that! This is a special formula that allows perspiration to pass through the tan, rather than strip it. If you sweat a lot normally, workout, have an event where you'll be nervous or sweaty, or are going on vacation - The Sweatproof Sangria is suggested, to keep you glowing strong!
7. In addition to these tips, we also mist you with a finishing spray to increase the longevity and vibrancy by 30-40%, meaning your tan from Glowfully You can last longer than the typical 7-10 day time period, with the proper prep and post tan care.

Spray tans are a great accessory and confidence booster for events, weddings, and vacations. However, they are also great for a boost of confidence and to give you a radiant glow, in everyday life. We recommend 3-4 tans a month, depending on how the tan adheres to your skin - If you'd like to be tan consistently. We have a package that includes 3 tans per month, for a discounted price, along with a few other packages for your bronzed convenience!

We would suggest removing it still! You do not build up with spray tans. Even though your last tan may look good still, it will begin to flake at a much faster rate, leaving your tan blotchy. We suggest exfoliating really well prior to your session, regardless of if you have a previous tan still!

If you're going to be using a self-tanner in addition to your spray tan, we suggest using it before your tan. You'll still exfoliate and do all of the same prep work for your spray tan. After your spray tan, you can use a tan extender to keep your tan glowing strong!

We recommend exfoliating with our scrubs and an exfoliating mitt. Our whipped coffee exfoliating scrub is a hydrating scrub that is perfect for removing dead skin cells and reducing the appearance of cellulite. We suggest scooping some up in your hand and then using your exfoliating mitt in small circular motions, to ensure an even canvas for your next tan! Our citrus lip scrub is full of nourishing oils to hydrate and exfoliate your lips. We suggest putting a small amount on your finger and then rubbing it in circular motions over your lips - you can even rub your lips together, before rinsing. Our products are available in studio, at all events, and on our online shop!

Put a small amount of body scrub in your hand, a little goes a long way! Gently rub it on your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating mitt. Rub until your skin feels smooth, and then rinse your skin with lukewarm water. 

Our Citrus Lip Scrub is the perfect blend for exfoliation, hydration, and softness. It removes dead and dry skin cells on your lips to keep your lips soft and kissable lips!

The ingredients in the Citrus Lip Scrub are: Pure Sugar Cane, Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Grape-Seed Oil, and Citrus Oil.

Spread a small amount of the scrub onto your lips, using one of your fingers - A little goes a long way! Gently exfoliate by rubbing the scrub onto your fingers and then your lips together. After about 30 seconds to one minute, rinse off with warm water, and pat your lips dry. 

Your face and your hands are typically the first to fade, due to skincare routines and handwashing - but the Sunrise Spritz will bring that glow back! Sunrise Spritz is our clear, facial tanning mist! It is mango coconut scented, containing a DHA to maintain or revamp that spray tan. Our Glowner, Kenz likes to hold the bottle about 6-8 inches away from her face and hands, squirt a few spritz, and then blend with a kabuki brush.

The Sunrise Spritz contains ingredients such as: Aqua, DHA, Aloe Vera and other skin loving ingredients to keep you glowing strong!

Skin Quencher is our unscented body lotion. This lotion is both hydrating and moisturizing - perfect for keeping your skin moisturized with or without a spray tan. DHA is NOT in this product, so it will not deepen or prolong the color of your tan.

Apply this lotion generously to clean dry skin twice daily. Massage evenly over your entire body and allow your skin to fully absorb the lotion before getting dressed.

Skin Quencher contains ingredients such as: Aqua, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, and other skin loving ingredients.

The Afterglow Essence is our moisturizing tan extender lotion, containing DHA. This product is great to use in conjunction with Sunrise Spritz. This product is great for prolonging the lifespan of your tan and contains delicious scents of coconut and lychee.

Apply this lotion to clean, dry skin for best results. Squeeze a small amount of the extending lotion into your hand. Start with areas where your tan tends to fade first, then spread evenly over the rest of your body. Massage our Afterglow Essence in, in circular motions, until it is fully absorbed. Wait a few minutes before dressing.

Bronze Bubbles is our DHA Infused Body Wash/Shower Gel! It is coconut and lychee scented to pair perfectly with either of our lotions, whether that be our Afterglow Essence or our Skin Quencher. 

You’ll use this body wash as part of your shower routine to gently cleanse and enhance your tan. Dispense a generous amount of body wash onto a washcloth or directly onto your hands. Gently lather the body wash across your skin, avoiding excessive scrubbing to help maintain your tan. Be sure to focus on areas that need cleansing, massaging in circular motions for even coverage. Rinse off with lukewarm water, ensuring all product is removed from your skin. Gently pat your skin dry with a towel and then moisturize with either the Afterglow Essence or Skin Quencher lotions.

We attend local events throughout the Cleveland area! If you come see us at any of the events we are at, we have exclusive savings just for the attendees who visit us, all of our products, and additional retail items!

We will be partnering with local businesses for "Pop-Up" events, where you can enjoy spray tan savings, amongst a variety of other offerings from other local businesses. We can also set up pop-up spray tan stations for events and private parties.

We post all of the events we will be at on our Instagram! We have an Instagram "Highlight" labeled "Events" - This is where we share what events we will be at, as well as photos from the events. The "Events" highlight is also where we will provide information on any "Pop-Up" events hosted.

Absolutely! We offer On-The-Go Gimlet, house call spray tan services and can bring our luxurious experience to your chosen location. For events and pop-ups outside of our studio, please ensure you reach out at your earliest convenience and provide details about the event, the number of participants, preferred date, and location. We'll work with you to customize the experience and make your event memorable!

For a successful pop-up or event, please ensure there is adequate space for our setup, including areas for tanning stations and client privacy. We also need access to grounded outlets (3 prong) and water. We’ll handle the rest to ensure everything runs smoothly!
