Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Site.

Payment information is required at the time of booking and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (75% of the service price if canceled within 24 hours) or a no-call no-show (100% of the service price).

Product Purchases: When purchasing or pre-ordering products, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Bookings and Transactions

All prices for services and products are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Payment details are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment information beyond the scope of the transaction. When you make a booking or purchase through our website, the transaction is processed via Vagaro’s platform. 4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: To avoid charges, please cancel your session/appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 75% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Refunds: Refunds for services or products are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Glowfully You or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Site without our prior written consent.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites and provide them solely for your convenience. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
